Marius was born in Bærum, Norway, and grew up in Växjö, Sweden, with a Norwegian father and a Swedish mother. He has always been fascinated by technology, especially vehicles of all kinds, as well as having a passion for problem-solving and statistics. This led him to pursue a Master of Science in Engineering degree in AI and Machine Learning at Blekinge Institute of Technology in Sweden.

He has worked on advanced projects within predictive maintenance, production planning, and deep learning—ranging from analysing live sonar data for subsea cable installation to developing explainable AI solutions for large-scale manufacturing at NKT’s factory in Karlskrona. Alongside, he has worked at Ericsson in natural language processing, big data handling, and retrieval-augmented generation systems.

Marius thrives on finding patterns in complex datasets and enjoys translating technical insights into clear, practical solutions for both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.

Outside work, he is passionate about skiing, running, and travelling – preferably a long road trip behind the wheel.
