Utkarsh Goyal is born and raised in India. He has completed Bachelors in Computer Science and Engineering from India and is currently doing masters at Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Applied Computer Science. Utkarsh was always passionate about the field of Artificial Intelligence, and he decided to do his master thesis in collaboration with Maritime Optima.
