Martin is an experienced engineer with an M.Sc in Electronics Engineering (Multimedia Signal Processing) from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Telematics) from Gjøvik University College.

In the 14 years before starting at Maritime Optima, he worked at Atmel Norway, Appear TV, and Vipps MobilePay, gaining expertise in software development across diverse industries.
Martin's attention to detail and problem-solving skills have been honed through his work on everything from low-level drivers to integrations with payment processors.

Outside of work, he enjoys exploring sound synthesis and music composition, playing computer games, keeping up with new technologies, and occasionally skateboarding.
